What to do

At preneed, you specify an Aurora casket on the statement of Goods and Services and mail with the completed preneed application.
When the death occurs, you file the death claim and call Aurora to order the casket referencing the policy number. (You complete the death claim bank draft and deposit directly into your account to get your money - no need to wait.)
Aurora delivers the casket to your funeral home. You are invoiced for the original wholesale price minus 2%, and less any additional discounts that might apply.
